How Flash handles the information needed to run your account and deliver digital products.
What we collect
We may collect your email address, display name, avatar, sign-in provider ID, purchases, credits, entitlements, license and device activity, support messages, and basic technical/security data such as IP address, country, user agent, visited paths, and download activity.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide accounts, downloads, licenses, credits, support, payments, fraud prevention, security, and required business records.
Service providers
Information may be processed by Cloudflare, Supabase, Dodo Payments, GitHub, and the sign-in provider you choose, such as Google or Discord. Historical payment records may also involve Paddle. We may use Discord for configured operational notifications. These providers may process information internationally. Flash does not store full card details and does not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
We use authentication cookies or browser storage to keep sessions working. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, handle support, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and security.
Your requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information by using our Support page or emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to remain for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
