1. Contact Us First
If you have an issue with a Flash purchase, contact support@flashresolve.com. Include your Flash account email, order details, product name, and a short explanation of the issue.
2. Case-by-Case Review
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve, deny, or partially approve a refund depending on the product, account activity, license usage, credit usage, technical issue, purchase age, and applicable law.
3. Digital Products and Credits
Flash products are digital goods. Downloads, licenses, credits, and entitlements may be delivered immediately after purchase. If credits have already been spent or a license has been used, refund eligibility may be limited unless required by law.
4. Technical Issues
If a product does not work as described, we may ask for details so we can troubleshoot, provide a fix, offer an alternative, or review a refund. Compatibility issues caused by unsupported software versions, unsupported operating systems, or third-party changes are reviewed individually.
5. Paddle Payments
When payments are processed through Paddle, Paddle may act as merchant of record or payment processor. Approved refunds may be processed through Paddle and may be subject to Paddle's transaction rules, anti-fraud checks, tax handling, and payment-method processing times.
6. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply by law. Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, or remedy, that legal requirement applies.
7. Abuse
We may refuse refund requests connected to fraud, abuse, repeated refund behavior, account misuse, chargeback abuse, or attempts to keep access to digital products without payment.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email support@flashresolve.com. We aim to review requests as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary depending on the issue and whether we need additional information.
