Our policy for digital products, credits, licenses, and downloads.
Purchases are final
Because Flash products are digital and are delivered or made available immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, disclosed incompatibility, or unused credits.
Required exceptions
This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Dodo Payments may also process refunds where required by its obligations as merchant of record, including for duplicate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or failed-delivery transactions.

Use our Support page or contact [email protected] with the account email, order details, product name, and a short explanation. For checkout or billing issues, open Billing from your Flash account to view your Dodo Payments history and invoices.
