Flash Resolve

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026

1. Who We Are

Flash Resolve operates the Flash website, Flash launcher, and Flash modules including ekFlow. In these terms, "Flash", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Flash Resolve brand and its operator. You can contact us at support@flashresolve.com.

2. Products and Digital Content

Flash provides downloadable software, modules, add-ons, licenses, credits, and related digital content for DaVinci Resolve workflows. Product pages describe the included features, supported platform, price, and delivery method. Unless stated otherwise, Flash products are delivered digitally through account access, downloads, license activation, or credits.

3. Accounts

You may need a Flash account to access credits, licenses, downloads, purchases, and account-specific features. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for making sure the information connected to your account is accurate.

4. Payments

When payments are enabled, checkout may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record or payment processor. Paddle may collect payment, billing, tax, and transaction information according to its own terms and privacy notices. Prices, taxes, and currency conversion may vary based on location and checkout details.

5. Credits, Licenses, and Access

Flash credits are account-based digital credits used for eligible Flash products or features. Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account, and are not transferable unless we explicitly allow it. Licenses and entitlements may be limited to the account, product, version, device count, or usage rules shown at purchase or in the app.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Flash products, attempt to bypass payment, licensing, or account restrictions, reverse engineer protected services except where law allows, interfere with our systems, or use Flash products in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Compatibility

Flash products are designed for supported versions and editions of DaVinci Resolve/Fusion described on the website or in product documentation. Some features may require DaVinci Resolve Studio or Fusion Studio. Blackmagic Design may change product behavior, APIs, or licensing, and those changes may affect compatibility.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the website, app, modules, prices, features, and these terms. We may also fix bugs, change delivery methods, or discontinue unsupported features. If a change materially affects a paid product, we will aim to communicate it clearly.

9. Intellectual Property

Flash products, branding, website content, designs, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited right to use purchased or downloaded products according to these terms, not ownership of the underlying software or content.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. We review requests case by case. Mandatory consumer rights required by law still apply.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Flash products are provided on an "as available" basis. We try to keep products reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every system or third-party update. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
