Terms for using Flash downloads, accounts, credits, and module licenses.
1. Who we are
Flash Resolve provides creative tools and modules for DaVinci Resolve. “Flash,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Flash Resolve. Contact us at [email protected].
2. Products and accounts
Flash provides digital software, modules, fuses, credits, licenses, downloads, and related account features. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details and license keys secure. You are responsible for activity through your account.
3. Payments and credits
Checkout is processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record or payment processor. Historical purchases may have been processed by Paddle. Flash credits are account-based digital credits with no cash value. They are not transferable unless we explicitly allow it, and they may only be used for the products or features shown at purchase.
4. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and payment, Flash grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for the supported account, device, version, and product limits shown at purchase or in the app. You may not resell, share, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer, bypass licensing or security controls, or use Flash unlawfully.
5. Compatibility and updates
Products support the DaVinci Resolve/Fusion versions and platform details shown on the relevant product page. Third-party software updates, APIs, operating systems, or licensing changes may affect compatibility. We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue products and may change features or pricing.
6. Ownership and third parties
Flash and its original software, branding, documentation, and content remain our property or the property of our licensors. DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, Blackmagic Design, Adobe, and other third-party names are used only to identify compatibility or related products; Flash is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless expressly stated.
7. Refunds
Because Flash products are digital and are delivered or made available immediately, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, disclosed incompatibility, or unused credits. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights, or Dodo Payments' required handling of duplicate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or failed-delivery transactions. See our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Flash is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every system or third-party update. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
9. Suspension and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid charges, abuse, unlawful use, license misuse, security concerns, or a breach of these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version; continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
